Lovely little family run car rental agency. We showed up without reservation and they found us a car. Nothing fancy but it got us to the surf and kitesurfing spots. Also dropped me off back at my hotel after returning the car which was not expected but definitely helpful.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Don Genaro and his lovely family. His customer service was outstanding, his team was attentive and incredibly generous. Don’t hesitate to rent a vehicle from him, he will make sure to rescue you if anything goes wrong on the road too. Terrific attention to detail. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung bei Genaro! Wir haben insgesamt drei verschiedene Fahrzeuge gemietet – einen Roller, ein Quad und ein Auto – und alles war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Die Fahrzeuge waren in sehr gutem Zustand und absolut zuverlässig. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Besonders positiv war auch, dass beide sehr gutes Englisch sprechen, was die Kommunikation super einfach gemacht hat. review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We rented a golf cart for 4 days and had an excellent time exploring the town. The service was great — they delivered and picked it up at no extra cost. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Genaro Rentals is the best in Las Terrenas! I found Genaro rentals after a terrible experience with another rental place.  So, I’ve been renting from them every year for the past 5 years, and they always treat me like family. The staff is super friendly, easy to deal with, and always ready to help with a smile. Prices are totally fair and reasonable (no tourist rip-offs here), and the ATV, scooter, and car options are always in great condition. Everything is smooth and stress-free from start to finish, every single time. If you’re visiting Las Terrenas and want to explore, definitely go with Genaro Rentals—they’re hands down #1 for rentals in town!
